Strategic communication a concept, a process, or data that satisfies a long term strategic goal of an organization by allowing facilitation of advanced planning, or communicating over long distances. It can also mean the related function within an organization, which handles internal and external communication processes. 

As communication services cost a lot, look of proper planning, can cause huge losses for the business. Rather this should be the other way around. Advertising must be company’s biggest asset. Strategically planned communication ensures that development policies are properly designed, with the participants of all parties concerned, that their goals are, to some extent, shared by all stakeholders and consequently their implementation will most likely be successful.

Strategic Communication should not be considered a cost, but rather a resource saving device which minimizes the risk of less-than-optimal design, wrong measures, poor implementation, poor outcomes, etc.

One of our Major Stratgetic communication work is Health Operating payment Engine – HOPE: G2P Health Payments Project in Bihar.

The International Finance Corporation (IFC) in association with the State Health Society, Bihar is implementing the Government to Person Payments (G2P) Project for health programs in Bihar. The G2P project includes automating the recording, verification and calculation of payments using a web enabled system called the Health Operations Payments Engine (HOPE), which is being designed developed and implemented by IFC, and using electronic fund transfers to transfer payments to the recipient’s bank account. In the project, the payments will be made to different stakeholders such as health program beneficiaries, contractual health workers and private providers.

The Goal of the project was to create a favourable environment wherein the stakeholders in Bihar, support and appreciate the Government to Person (G2P) payment project. The primary role we played was devising strategy for HOPE through Public Communications, Change Management and outreach Plan
